   By accessing SightLineAI™ or Executive Board™, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
   SightLineAI™ provides structured decision-support tools for optometry practices. These tools provide perspectives, not professional legal, financial, or medical advice. You retain full responsibility for all decisions made in your practice.
3. User Responsibilities

• You are the licensed professional. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs (emails, policies, strategies) for clinical and legal accuracy before use.
• You agree to strictly prohibit the entry of Patient Health Information (PHI) into the system.

1. Intellectual Property
   ‘Executive Board™,’ ‘VoicePrint™,’ and ‘SightLineAI™’ are trademarks of SightLineAI, LLC. You may use the outputs generated by the tools for your own practice, but you may not resell the platform itself.
2. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, SightLineAI™, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
